Once you are booked onto a balloon flight, we will keep in touch with you about the weather. We will personally WhatsApp or email you, rather than getting you to call to a pre-recorded message to tell you if the flight is called on or off. If the weather isn’t suitable for a flight, we will tell you as soon as it is possible to know. That way you can rebook your flight straight away and not have to wait.
